Elliptical Exercise Bike
Which offers a better workout? An elliptical bike or a standard exercise bike?
any feedback appreciated.
Elliptical is meant to work out the entire body rather than just the lower body. It is also gentle on the knees and does not make your upper body and back feel stiff after a long exercise session.
