Precor Elliptical
How can I maintain all my exercises without letting my butt get smaller?
I've been using the elliptical for a year and a half now. At first, I used the Precor and it didn't make my butt smaller (proportionally...because I did lose 20 lbs) but then I got an Ironman at my own house and now my butt's become smaller and smaller. I used to have a badunkaDUNK! And now it's just an average sized butt!
Some info: I do it on resistance 9 (out of 15) and I do it for about 4 miles, then I powerwalk for 2 miles, which I know doesn't make my butt smaller. It didn't get smaller when I used the Precor so I'm guessing it's the difference in the angle. How do I keep my butt big without having to exercise less?
My butt is toned already.. but a butt that's big AND toned is the goal here.
Having a toned booty should be your goal. A toned butt is not necessarily a protruding butt. That may not be genecitally possible for you to maintain your Jay-Lo at your weight goal.
If you are insistant on trying to keep your Jay-Lo or at least maintaining what you have now.....get P90X and enjoy some Plyometrics Jump Training!!!!
