instead of doing 30 mins of cardio(jogging).
i used an elliptical machine.
did 15 minutes on it.
managed to burn 250 calories though.
is it ok?
how do you guys find burning 250 calories in 25 mins?
am i under training?

I can burn 1,000 calories on a elliptical machine in one hour, elliptical is the best way to go...its fast, and effective.
