Working out on elliptical machine in my sandals?
My big toes go numb when I work out on my elliptical machine for more than 15min.
Is it OK for me to work out on my elliptical machine in my open toed sandals?
Could it damage my feet, since they have rather stiff soles?
Are there such thing as "work out" sandals with flexible sole like a tennis shoe?
Try some larger sneakers... or you could be jamming your toes into the front of your sneaker...
What ever floats your boat... but be careful with sandals and working out.
