So, about cardio?
Hello. (:
Well, I've been meaning to get up off my butt and go do more exercise, and I was just wondering what was the best way to go about it.
I have access to an elliptical machine, bicycle machine, and a treadmill 27/7.
What I've been doing is elliptical for twenty minutes on like... um... 1-3(low) out of ten(high) settings...
Um... I'm not really sure how to explain that, but maybe someone will understand, ehehe.
And then bike machine for ten minutes.
And, I'm thinking about upping it to five days a week.
(My average is two days a week at present.)
My main goal is to melt off my remaining fat, because I already have enough muscle.
So I was just curious about how to go about that.
(And, I know diet plays a part, too. I'm eating only fruits, veggies, and chicken. (:
Oh, and cereal, but that isn't too major...)

Well, I like the diet with one exception. I don't see any whole grains on there. I would add a few of those. Depending on your stationary bike, I would up the minutes to 30 about 5 days a week. If it's a good one. If not I suggest that you march right down to your local park or track and log some time there. I'm 58 and this coming Saturday I will be doing a 20 mile power walk. So, don't tell me it can't be done or that my case is special. It isn't. What it is is a priority in my life. This past week I logged a half-marathon in 3':38".Good luck
